The Director of Training and Quality Assurance has a responsibility that is twofold.
The first is to ascertain how our customers truly feel about our service.
The second is to conduct a regular independent audit of all Arthur Jackson Company accounts. The results are forwarded to our customers and the partners of The Arthur Jackson Company for their collective review.
Our Director of Quality Assurance and Training will be holding on-going training sessions in your facility.
These training topics will range from Blood Borne Pathogens to Carpet Care Maintenance to Rules for Professional Custodians.
Our customers are given advance notice of when these sessions will take place and are encouraged to send a representative to them.
